Is it normal that i only believe in greek gods, then regret it?

After reading the percy jackson series(i'm a kid at heart), i have had a strong belief in greek gods. After i think about it, I feel weak. I try to think about other stuff but i cant. Is it normal for me to debate over christianity and greek "mytholigy" (i put that in quotes because i dont think it is myth)

IIN Members as Greek mythological figures:

Aphrodite: this one was easy Floydzy, duh

Apollo: God of music, and depicted as a handsome, beardless youth with long hair... sorry i have to pick myself. BAM

Hera: the mother of most of us, Aussiewolf

Zeus: It was i close one, but i pick WhoFan4Life

Dionysus: The god of wine, parties and festivals, madness, drunkenness and pleasure at forever young.... DOT123 lol

Sirens: sea nymphs who lured sailors to their death with their song . Omglula all the way

Gorgan(Medusa): LC1988, HAHAHA love you BFF, thats what you get for calling me your ex-bff jerk

I'll be adding more later, and feel free to add anymore.

The Hecatonchires - three monsters with hundred hands and fifty heads. In the beginning of their lives, Uranus saw them as monsters and threw them into Tartarus for one million years.

          Briareus/Aegaeon can be djpatties

or all trolls can be Centaurs -the Centaurs were lawless, aggressive creatures and were usually drunk.

I'd never want to be Artemis.

I'd rather be someone that Acheron actually likes. Cos then the Simi would be my friend too and that'd be awesome!

As Simi once said... Artemis is an old heifer.

I will accept the title of Artemis!

That makes us twin siblings, which is either a coincidence or you knew I was half Asian. =P (At least I think I remember you saying you were half.) :D

Believe in what you wish but the term you are looking for if you believe in them is hellenic polytheism. It is my religion aswell.

I have the same problem as you. I beilve in the Greek gods and goddess, but I grow up in a Christian family... It's hard to keep my secret that I don't beilve in God. Expesaily to my parents.

It's all BS, probably. If those gods do exist, you're feeding them your energy by constantly worshiping or thinking about them.

Read "Chariots of the Gods" by Von Daniken and then try again. :)

Whatever you believe in it is your faith and you have a right to that. Though I wouldn't just base my beliefs solely on a child's book.

It's all made up anyways so who cares which one you decide to waste your time with. It's like me asking if I should believe in Santa or the Easter Bunny more.
