i pick at my dandruff, and i pull the crusty stuff out of my hair. usually in the car or sitting at home watching tv.

thats when i think about things i guess, i tend to feel self critical.

    well if its like a habit thing going on with you. i put my hand in my pants noting sexual going on tho i just do it alot

    dont be self critical.
    and i do the whole picking at stuff on my scalp as well. don;t worry, you're normal
