Instead of blowing my nose in a tissue, I have this bad habit of picking my nose and wiping whatever comes out on the wall.
I'm voting Normal, not because I do it, but because I always see gross boogers smeared on the walls in public restrooms. Somebody out there is doing it, you aren't alone. I wish you'd stop it. It's really disgusting.
Is it really that hard to put it in a garbage bin, or tissue instead of smearing your booger all over the wall where others can see? If I see a booger on a wall I immediately think that the person's house is disgusting and will NEVER go there again. Do you want to be alone? Pick your nose (if you have to), put it somewhere where it belongs (garbage, tissue, toilet...), and wash your hands (preferably with soap).
