At 3:00am sharp is my 1st bathroom break. 10:00am sharp is my 2nd bathroom break. 2:00pm sharp is my 3rd. Then 10:00pm sharp is my 4th bathroom break.

    I time my bathroom breaks as well. I only do it because I drink 8-10 cups of water a day.
