Is it normal that i play with lights making patterns with my eyes

Sometimes when they are closed, sometimes when they are open if there are lights I can move them around by moving my eyes around or by closing them and I can notice how they look similar to other things and I can appreciate it and it's fun.

    If you push into your eyes gently, the show gets crazy!

    Used to do it as a kid. Probably not good for your eyes... Although, I've got 20/20 vision so can't be that bad!

    Yep, normal I think. I don't really sit and do it but I see it by accident and it can look pretty. I think it has something to do with how strong light tires the cells that detect light. If the cells that detect certain colours become tired from light of a certain colour on a patch of your retina, you'll see more clearly the other colours that make up that light in that patch of your vision. At least I think that's how it works...
