Is it normal that i play with my mucus?

This is pretty gross, but if I have a stuffy nose from a cold or allergies or whatever, sometimes I'll blow a little of it in my hand and play with it. For some reason, I like that it's sticky and gooey. I may even taste a little bit.
However, I'll only do this to wet, runny mucus. The weird part is that dried stuff like boogers is really gross to me, if I see it I want to throw up. I know that's weird, I don't know why that is. And I know it may be normal for little kids to do this, but I'm like 20.
