Is it normal that i pull the sheets off of my lips?

I'm addicted to it. When my mom sees my lips bleeding she's like 'oh my god that's unhealthy, stop with that.' and then i'm like 'but i didn't do anything' but yeah it bleeds because I pull the sheet off.
Sometimes I do it for the blood. In some animes there comes blood out their mouths and when my lips don't bleed enough to look like that I bite more and yeah it hurts but I like it for some reason.

    When you lips feel like they might peel you have to either hydrate yourself by drinking some water or something or lick your lips. This will cause the layer to peel off. It should come off pretty easily without any blood if your lips are wet enough.

    Ya I have done it for so long I have a bump in my lips where I have pulled it so many times.

    Veel mensen doen dit. Maar je moet hulp krijgen van uw arts, omdat je pijn doen van jezelf, en het kan leiden tot blijvende littekens.
