Is it normal that i put my finger in other people's eyes?

I can't stop myself from putting my finger in others eyes while they are blinking ! is it normal ? I always want to test how fast they will react by closing there eyes in order to protect them !
but , I always have the need to put my finger suddenly in my friends eyes !!!
