Is it normal that i rub my feet on the bed before i fall asleep?

I know its a comfort thing for me. Ive done for as long as I can remember. I even noticed my 1 year old son does it too! I've never met anyone else who does this. Do you do it?

    I do too. It's not like it's some kind of vigorous feet rubbing ritual, but I usually just move my feet lightly on the bed or against each other. It's kind of subconscious for me.

    It's not really a problem, even if it isn't normal.
