Is it normal that i rub my foot on my bed

Hello, everyone. First question I'm asking on this site. So, for many years I've had this thing where I rub the side of my foot on the bed up and down, up and down.
It's this feeling I have to do. I don't think it's restless leg syndrome, it's just....rubbing my foot on the bed up and down, up and down.

I've always thought maybe I do this because this was something I might have done when I was in the womb. Anyway...is this normal?

Many people have habits that help them fall asleep, like rubbing their feet together. Or it can be sleeping in a certain position. It's just an habit that makes you more comfortable and your brain associated it with falling asleep so you keep doing it. Nothing to worry about.

It's completely normal. Even if you did it in womb or you just like the feeling. It's still normal.
