Is it normal that i rub tags

The funny thing is I did this when I was like 1 or 2 years old. I stopped doing it when I was like 10 n started doing it again wen I got pregnant with my 1st baby n I haven't stopped since. I'm now 26 n I do it when I am agrivated irritated sad mad upset depressed or bored n I really thought I was the only 1. Then I had my last daughter she is 2 n started rolling anything she could get her hands on about a year ago. Now she refuses to go to sleep unless she has a tag on a stuffed animal ur a blanky or a piece of clothing. It is so adorable. Getting her to sleep is as easy as putting a tag in her hand even for a nap.

What is "tag" code word for?

I do this all the time. Its a bit of an obsession these days. I don't just do it with tags though, any silky material that makes the right kind of noise and friction works. Ribbons, silky dresses and the inside of jackets.. I'm amazed that none of my friends have noticed yet. I do it near constantly. I'm glad its not just me though!!

Aw this is so cute. My son did this as a baby and cracked up if I washed his clothes with fabric softener. He used to go through the pile of bibs to choose the best one.

My wife will constantly play with silky smooth things. We have a blanket on bed with silk ends on it. She will lay in bed rubbing the silky end until she falls asleep. Wish my wiener was silky!
