So yesterday i was causally shopping in your average Target then at the checkout there was this mom and daughter (at least i think she was a girl) the kid was about 7 and she bend down and half her BUTT was showing with turds hanging halfway out and she was wearing a diaper!!!! Like GROSS the mom was a lazy bum for not potty training this child

There are dozens of medical conditions that would make wearing a diaper necessary. Why the extreme reaction? Just thank your luck it isn't YOUR kid.

Don't be so quick to judge. You don't know if the child has a medical condition as to why she is wearing a diaper.
No one has pointed out that if OP could see kids butt with "turds hanging halfway out", the kid wouldn't be wearing a diaper. The diaper would obscure that view.

I can help you with this. Shit was dripping down the kid's legs, just like discharge drips down your legs during your never ending period that we all know about.
The poor child could have bowel incontinence and therefor have to use dipper. If not, the parents are to blame.
Incontinence can effect anyone at any age for a number of different reasons, however yes their are dumbass parents that give there kids 'pullups' instead of potty training them properly.
