Is it normal that i see thousands of tiny dots everywhere

Is it normal that I see thousands of tiny dots on sky, dark backgrounds, bright walls etc.? I see them better at night. What is it? Like thousands of tiny dots in my vision, do all people have it? IIN?

    Some say it's your white blood cells. A migraine specialist once told me it's from headaches but I see the same thing

    Lol i have it to.. i think its because when its dark and light your eyes are adjusting to change..not really sure. I guess its like when you stare at a light, look away and then theres like a shadow thats really bright xD

      I think he/she meant sees them all the time, not just during adjustment. If so, see a doc ASAP. Could be a brain tumor.

        I've looked through a lot of tags like this and for most people (including me) they have had it for about as long as they can remember or since they have been really young. There doesn't seem to be anything else that goes with it really although some people see waves and can move them idk but that might be something else. So it's probably not a brain tumor as it probably would have killed a lot more people by now
