Is it normal that i seem to "dissociate" while showering

it seems like i stand around in the shower forever and when i get out i feel foggy and weird like i just woke up, its the reason i'm in there so long (sometimes around 2 hours)

am i insane or is this just a normal thing people do

    Maybe for 30 minutes max, but not 2 hours. You should probably see a professional
