Is it normal that i sleep 2am - 10am like clockwork?

I can do this without any kink in my circadian rhythm. 6am? No. Been there, done that. Think it's stupid unless you can wake up at that ungodly hour without an alarm clock. Now, what's wrong with the rest of the world?

Truth is, my 2-10 sleep schedule is delightfully productive.

The sun doesn't really peak till 10 anyways. Life happens after 10pm in most parts of the urbanized 24/7 world. I do think people should dim their lights after 8pm though. Bright light screws up your melatonin production.

I wake up every morning at 5:36 IF I looked at my clock before going to sleep. I have this ability that, if I turn onto my left shoulder, I fall asleep within minutes.
The brain is a wonderful thing that can be manipulated easily. I believe that your brain has the ability to keep track of time while you are asleep

Tbh this is a lot more normal than my sleep routine.. I work as security and can work all hours of the day and night so I have to sleep whenever I can, whether that be 8pm or 10am and quite a lot of the time I dont get enough sleep. They say you should get at least 8 hours sleep so yeah 2am - 10am is pretty much spot on.

You should actually only get 6 hours of sleep. Anything more than that could lead to depression
