Ever scince I was little I have slept with a shirt nd to fall asleep I have to rubb it on my lips I don't rlly think it's normal lol
it's... not totally normal no... but nor is it hurting anyone... you can look into changing this if you want to... but if you don't mind doing this for the rest of your life, it's ok
(i sleep with my head burried under pillows and blindfolded, go figure)

I have a silk shirt I have to rub between my fingers to fall asleep. It's 100% embarrassing but I guess it's normal.
