Is it normal that i sometimes don't give enough of a hoot in hell?

So I'm incredibly laid back, to the point where I will spend money frivolously in a relatively short amount of time just to ease my boredom and then not even care that I didn't use that money to further my career.

I won't even care about not having money, like I'll just wait until my next payday comes along and then immediately spend most of my pay packet on everything necessary (rent, bills, food etc). I'll spend the rest of what's left over on webcam models or some shit in like 3 days flat because you know, hermits have sexual needs too, and then go until the subsequent payday living hand-over-fist.

Is it normal?
