I talk to myself in my head using my voice and a random one then I can close my eyes and watch the conversation like a movie im in control of is that normal?? Please be honest but respectful

    your fine. a lot of times ppl do that a lot when they have trouble expressing themselves... they end up saying what they want to say or wish they could say internally
