Is it normal that i still cant post a story with a pic?

is anyone else having this problem still? i paid good money to be able to post pics and i am still unable to do so. will i get my money reimbursed for these two days of not being able to use is it normal Gold properly? is it normal to be ignored and not have this problem fixed?

    Please send feedback if this happens. We had some server trouble a few days ago but I think it's fixed now. We'll get it figured out. Sorry for the trouble.

      Hey, management. I need to ask you something.
      When I sign in to IsItNormal, it seems to be messing up. I'm not getting notifications when someone replies to me. Is this a problem happening with everyone on here, or is it just mine?

        I believe that as of yesterday this issue is resolved. I just saw a few notifications myself and it seems to be working fine. If not, let me know.

        No, it has happened (or maybe is still happening) to me as well, and then I will get a SHIT TON of replies from stories I posted a while ago, and they will be replies from a week ago that I have already been notified of.

    Yeah it happened to me, I get this error 502 page or something...then sometimes it double-posts somehow, sans picture.
