Is it normal that i still laugh when i fart loud & other people hear?

Hey all. So I'm a 22 year old female and sometimes when I'm sitting at home with the family I fart loudly. I'm sure we all do that in front of our families. That's not the issue.

I still find it funny if my mum, dad or my sisters hear the fart. It's not so much the fart that I think is funny. It's my one sister's reaction to it. She always looks so disgusted lol!

I had an argument with her about it today and she was like "It's not funny. Grow up!" and I'm like "I'm laughing at your reaction and not the fart". lol!

    Ahaaahahahahah i do that all the time in class! [im 15] its funny how my friends react to it the expression on their faces just freakin makes me want to shout and laugh until i fell asleep! AHAHAHAHAHA im very immature but i dot give a shit, its called HAVING F-U-N lol! and those who are tight arsed bum bum's you need to unloosen your underwear before it gives you butt pains AHAHAHAHAHHA no but seriously take a JOKE.

    OMGGGG!!! Whenever I fart loudly in front of my husband and he doesn't react it's not as satisfying for some reason.

    hahah yeah me and my family fart and laugh and i think we all get high from the methane which makes us laugh and fart more. its really funny when its dead quiet and your watching a thriller movie and its an intense part of the movie and then someone lets out a really big ripper of a fart and just spoils the movie hahaha its so funny. you should see my mum when we go shopping. she will let out a ripper fart, silent though that really stinks and wont tell anyone else, she will just giggle and walk away, then its like this stench creeps up and punches you in the face!
    i think people who dont laugh at farts are prudes and really need to lighten up and have fun in life!
    btw i am 27 and a girl.

    I laugh if I accidentally fart in front of people... Because it shocks me at how inappropriate my bum likes to be.

      I'm not old kiddo. 22 is far from old. I'm still young enough to be a bit immature every now and then. It's called having a laugh. You should try it some time. You're not so mature yourself judging by your comment because you obviously can't handle a joke.

    Farting is hilarious but the smelly ones are nasty lol. Just be careful once people start farting back.

      Do it one time amongst the family. See the reaction lol! Obviously don't do so in a public place like a library because that's taking it a little too far I think.

    I do the same. There is nothing quite as funny and obscure as some wind. We all do it, nothing to be ashamed of. At least you know your digestive system works....according to my grandma!

      Yeah I know it's not polite. I wasn't asking anything about the politeness of it. It's not like I do it when I'm in public. I do it when I'm at home with my family.

      If you can't be open around your family who can you be open with? Are you polite all the time? I think not.
