Is it normal that i stretch and rub the soft spot on plastic?

Is it normal that i stretch A soft spot into clean plastic bags and rub the soft spot between my fingers? I do it the same as a child would rub a silky blanky. It's usually when I'm really tired. I'm married and my spouse and kids don't care that I do it but I've never known any1 else that does it. Is it normal?

    I've done it for 22 years now. Every1 I know knows about it and I've never got a bad reaction. I truly think Im the only one in the world that does this lol.
