Is it normal that i suck my fingers and rub my belly button

So i cant do anything without sucking my fingers and rubbing my belly button. Ive always had this addiction. My family tells me im too old but honestly if i stop ill get so uncomfortable like doin this makes me feel good. I feel like myself. Sometimes i rub it till it bleeds and wen it does bleed i love puttin alcohol on it. Like i love pain on my belly button. Sometimes i run hot water on it or rub boogers on it. ANYTHING. Am i weird?
