    I don't do it in the shower myself, but yes I do it too. Although for me it doesn't really calm me down. Kinda the opposite really ;-)

        Ten years ago I'd probably have chickened out too.

        But I'm a bit more honest with myself about what gives my body pleasure - be it pleasure I get from my boyfriend or from masturbating.

        And being able to incorporate my own lips & tongue into the self pleasure ... yeah, it really turns things up a few notches. ;-)
