Is it normal that i sympathize the devil?

Right this is something that actually bothers me, ive always had a lot of empathy but, is it normal to feel empathy towards the devil?
I am not a satanist nor christian, i believe in all the stuff they believe in but i haven't chosen a religion as such.
i feel that the devil is misunderstood, he warned God we would be bad and destroy each other and the world he created. God banished Lucifer for the truth because, so far we have killed each other, betrayed God, and in process of destroying the planet.
The devil was right and God abandoned him, when he did nothing wrong.

What the devil did wrong, was that he wanted to be God. He wanted an independent authority over the universe for himself, and to be worshipped for it. He also didn't want to have to serve humans, which were 'beneath him.'

Lucifer was creating a mutiny/coup d'é tat in Heaven against God, and he was kicked out with all his followers.

Now, Satan has created all kinds of religions, where people are unknowingly worshipping him. He's also created the "New Age" movement, which teaches people that they can be their own god, and don't need the true God. These are the very sins that got himself kicked out of Heaven, and now he's trying to take as many people as he can with him.

oh that's not exactly good, is it now?
i doubt he thought he was higher than God though.

God is meant to know everything, so he must hav known lucifer would fight this?

    He did everything wrong.

He did not listen to the creator.

He will lead them astray he warned.

The greatest trick the DEVIL ever did was to make people believe he does not exist.

He's a fucking bastard that i wish i could punch in the face.

It's normal to feel sympathy for the wrongfully accused, afflicted, charged and convicted (victims, scapegoats) but not normal to feel sympathy for willful, intentional offenders.

There are some who offend but don't necessarily have the malicious malevolence to harm. Those aren't ordinary devils, they're more like wayward sinners. You can normally feel some degree of sympathy for them without losing your sense of conscience or putting yourself at risk for damnation.

The devil invented voodoo. It's the curse of Africa.

From what I gather about the christian religions, the devil is a sweet little cherub compared to their gawd.
Apparently, this all powerful, all knowing, loving gawd lets all these horrors happen to his 'children' on earth for his entertainment, while the devil has virtually none of his powers or 'love' for mankind.

Since neither exist, the question is pointless.

I agree. God/Gods were invented by none other than Humans. So was Lucifer/Devil.

Such tales don't just happen overnight. Someone created in many generations ago. I am just going to go by the story of the Virgin Mary. How the fuck do you have a child just out of fucking nowhere without having sex? That is illogical. This is just one of the most popular tales of Religion. There are far more Religious beliefs than that and more Gods, but this one is the one I encounter the most. If "God" created the world, then I don't want to believe a fake being created the world. When I bring Science into a conversation with some Religious, morons, "God created the world they say.
