Is it normal that i take candid snapshots of people in public?
Mostly girls. I've never been caught. Occasionally, I can even get them to pose for me. The pictures are for my own personal use only.

One time this random girl took a picture of me on the bus when I was standing behind her. I was convinced she was a government agent for the rest of the day.
Technically what you are doing *is* legal if it's on public property ... assuming it's not upskirt or in areas where there's an "expectation of privacy"
However... that doesn't mean you won't run into trouble if the people you photograph dislike it and try to stop you.
And if you change your mind about "personal use" and try to use them online or for anything professional of course they will have the right to take legal action.
For sure it's normal, taking pictures of things you see is a right. Anyone should be able to save any memory they have for future reference.
I was at a concert one time and I noticed this girl. She had such a large butt (physically disproportionate to the rest of her body) that I just HAD to take a picture. I was dumbfounded! I couldn't believe the size of this girl's butt! I believe when I went to take the picture, she noticed and turned her head to look at me because in the picture she is looking right at me.
You should be careful; if you get caught doing it, your subject might not be so happy about it and kick your ass.
You should ask for permission every time you take someone's photo.
I'm always expecting trouble; boyfriends and such. I'm always prepared for it. And I'm just a naturally paranoid person. I feel bad for anyone who thinks they can even get to within punching range of me.
It's pretty pathetic and says a lot about you. You need to make contact with the opposite sex through something crazy like.. Your words. Talk to them before you wind up kidnapping them. Don't rely on Stockholm Syndrome.
but if they're posing then they're aware you're taking the photos?? as long as they know you're taking them and they're fine with it, that's okay
if your life consists of sitting on different park benches and sneakily taking pics of 17 yr old girls you need to get yaself checked out
