Is it normal that i talk to my pets when i'm home alone..?

I'm home alone everyday from the minute I wake up until about 6 at night. Obviously it get's pretty lonely. I have thirteen pets and I find myself randomly talking to them about stuff. They stare at me like I'm crazy, but what else am I supposed to do? Just wondering if I'm the only one who does this.

    I always talk to my pets. I also talk for them. And then kitty gives me a strange look and I know he's thinking, "mama, that is not what my voice sounds like."

    "Sorry fuzzy, do you want some squishes?"

    "Purr, purr, as long as the little one doesn't see me being all cute and cuddly. Yes, you can scratch my ears...purr, now the right side...purr"

    me too,kaily! there u r how ya doin LOL accutatly i do
    since dogs can understand us (like when we say sit,stay,lie down) y cant we understand what ROOF ROOF means!?!

    I tell my cat everything.. He always listens to me and he doesnt judge me.. :) I love pets!
