Is it normal that i talk to myself alomst constantly?

I talk to myself. My lips move, and my face moves into the appropriate expressions for the topic at hand. It is not aloud-not even a whisper. I find myself talking for people I know, holding imaginary conversations with them. Sometimes I talk with myself, other personalities based off of characters in books and warped to fit as a bit of me. I do most of it unconsciously, and it has gotten me more than a few stares, but I know I'm not alone-a friend of mine moves his mouth talking to himself as does my dad. is it normal to talk to one's self like this?

hm when im in front of the mirror for a long period of time doing my hair or such, i talk out loud imagining what i would say in a conversation with someone. i think as long as you're not having a conversation WITH yourself it's normal

LOL, i talk to myself all the time. Seriously. I sometimes have been caught talking to myself. Its perfectlly normal, though i pride myself on calling myself strange for doing so :D I mean theres nothing wrong with it, but if you dont mind being a little bit.... odd, why not embrace it instead. I mean if i couldn't talk to myself i'd be a lonely person.. does that make sence?

Hmmm this one, I tend to talk to myself on weekends. I dont know why its only on weekends, but i do and usually it is when i am alone in the house. Sometimes I talk to myself when I walk down the road or go in supermarkets. I dont think its insane, I think its pretty normal...

haha i do it while watching Dr House or practising something from school, or maybe imagining a potential situation with a girl..

it could be pretty normal, for sure
but maybe you need to spend more time with your friends or family, don't isolate yourself

Yeap, sometimes I do it to but I act out scenes from Doctor Who, even including the sound effects.
