So, whenever I am going pee I usually think up a sexual fantasy and decide to release my pee at the point of orgasm in this fantasy. I remember always liking the idea of peeing after orgasm when I was younger but thought it was weird and suppressed it. Is this just some weird fetish I have? I dont believe this is something id actually do though and especially not with someone else.

      It's a biological mechanism in guys to prevent urination during sex. Women lack this, thus sexual incontinence is really common.

      The only way to piss with a boner is to avoid pushing it down to aim. You gotta just piss in the air wherever your dick is pointing. Its weird.
