So, I was recently watching Twilight: Breaking Dawn Part 1 and I have a pretty weird question. How did Edward get a boner and get Bella pregnant if he's a vampire and doesn't have blood? It's physically impossible?

    Err.. Vampires are also physically impossible! How do you suspend your disbelief to accept the existence of vampires yet not on the minutiae of how their bodies might work?
