I recently discovered that I am bisexual!And I am Christian.But me or my family don't have any problem with gays or bisexual people!And I'm actually proud to be bisexual!But ever since I found out I've been having bad luck and I think it's because God loves me a little less!I haven't discussed it with. my mom or anyone
The bible says a lot of things are wrong and right. If you followed all of them, you would not only have to contradict yourself but you would be viewed as a horrible extremist. You would not eat sea food, you would support slavery and you would be obliged to kill people for working on the Sabbath. As a Christian do not dwell on every little rule in the bible, but rather only abide by Jesus's core message of tolerance and forgiveness.
God will never hate you. That's the bottom line. Just resist the temptation and strengthen your faith. That's what I have to say :)
Oh my gosh, people who aren't christains should of stayed out of this person's post! Have respect for the person who asked this. This is the most important post on here probobly. God loves everyone. He hates noone. He also cares and loves us. I doubt he's the one giving you bad luck.
I'm not trying to be rude but many things in your post do not make sense and it seems like you are upset over nothing. The bible says that many things are "wrong" like being a drunk yet I haven't heard any drunks claiming this has caused them bad luck or that Yahweh (One of the Jewish names for "God".) loves them less.
You believe that Yahweh created everyone and everything, right? Well, don't you think that you would be included into the equation? If he created you, sexuality and all, why would he make you something that the bible is against? Why wouldn't love you like everyone else?
Why would your sexuality in relation to religion be causing you bad luck? Could be possible that your bad luck has absolutely nothing to do with your sexuality/religion?
I think you should take a deep breath and sit down and really think about all of this.
First of all, if you do something sinful and you feel bad, that means you are still a good person. Because you have still faith in your heart. And because bad people do not feel bad after they do any sin. Basically theirs is a dead heart.
Secondly, every sin that you make, has a potential to reduce your blessings in this world. And God does that to test you.
On the other hand, if you do good and get closer to God, then your blessings (or you described it as luck in this post) increases.

what are you talking about?? what reason do you have to disrespect God?? he gave you life but this is not enough right, o let me guess because your life is not what you want it to be so you blame God because its easier than excepting that you could have a good life after all life is what you make it... I believe that you do care you commenting shows this much, you might be lost but maybe you are trying to find yourself, you will see everything much clearer when you turn on the light instead of finding your way in the dark believe me everybody's light burns out sometimes but the best part about is God is so big that he is always there for us when we are ready to stop looking for the right way in the dark and are ready to replace the bulb. God is most loving, most gracious, most loving, and understanding, patient, forgiving and so much more than our little tiny minds can even gather. So when you are ready to stop impaling your self, and turn the light on God will be their to help collect the fragmented pieces of your life and put them back together and this my friend is the mo beautiful part, and when complete all you adversities will subside and you will be happy again, and if you never were happy, you will at last get to feel the peace your soul has so long deserved, and realize that nothing, no fame or fortune, nothing on this earth will give you more joy than the everlasting life you will endure in the Afterlife God Bless you... Homosexuality is حَرَام.... strictly forbidden yes this is true, but this has nothing to do with America my friend. America is not perfect in fact far from perfect; however, not all Americans live the way that you think? where are you from? I am sure that where you are from it is not much better. This has happened to me so badly I drove my car into a wall with no seatbelt on and a noose around my neck. Bad things happening, the fear of a hateful God instilled in us from childhood, and depression can all play a role. Loving parents, the right medication, or the right clergy can help you feel better, and sometimes you may have more than one that helps. I can promise you it is not true; God doesn't hate you. I'm bisexual, but never had many issues with it; I mainly felt guilty for leaving my childhood faith and "being a bad influence" on others for having done so.
I honestly don't believe homosexuality exists in the known universe! In all actuality we are all Spirits, souls, energy. We are only male and female on earth because as a society, we are experiencing differences in life. God had to do this so He/She could experience everything we are. This makes the most sense. We all believe that God is omnipresent/omnipotent. The way he/she is able to do this is because we came down to experience both good and bad in the Universe! We all have to eventually experience everything so we can understand each other and be home. There is no homosexuality because as a soul, we are not our bodies. Our bodies may seem homosexual and this happens because if God wants to experience heterosexuality, He/She would have to experience the opposite extreme to know what heterosexuality means, he/she would have to experience homosexuality. Not sure if this makes sense to you, but you are not abnormal. You are simply experiencing that which We "God" came to experience so that when we get back to Oneness with Him/Her, we can know "The All" of everything in the known universe!
God doesn't hate anyone. But the difficulties you experience in life might be God's way of teaching you a lesson. Learn and be repentant and God will forgive your misdeeds.
Aww sorry to hear that. I'm sure God loves you. I know it sounds weird but I wondered if God was punishing me when I began having sex, I had made a commitment to wait until marriage and I didn't and I got an std...seriously!...but hey it cleared up. Ya'll don't laugh too hard.
I did not laugh at all, no offense please don't take this the wrong way, but I never understood why a person commits a sin and something bad happens and they always think that it is God punishing them.... you are not the first two people I have heard say that; however, I never understood it is all. I believe that God made things forbidden or a certain way for a reason to protect us...you know like Adam and Eve, he forbade it because it was the tree of knowledge and there were some things that he did not want them to understand, God knew if they ate from the tree they would gain this knowledge, Eve was tempted to eat it she did, and than they realized that they were naked, and now they are embarrassed right, but had they listened the shame and embarrassment could have been avoided, my point is, is that Allah did not have to punish them because they punished themselves because of the bad choice that they both made.
In your case, sex before marriage is a sin and doll face your definitely not the first person to commit this sin and you wont be the last. God did not punish you darling he forbade sex before marriage to prevent std's, babies without fathers,and for a lot of other reasons and the same reasons to why he forbade adultery, you got the std because of the negative choices that you made,being irresponsible, having unprotected sex,putting your self in a situation to where having sex with your ex.. was a possibility but because you made the choice to to that you caught the repercussions of the negative choice you made it had nothing to do with God, he tried to warn you as he did Adam and Eve any every other moronic human being, we just learn the hard way :) there is always cause and effect right... "Mom told me Autum don't climb in that tree there is a nest of bees, mind you I did not listen, I just wanted to climb the tree so i did it anyway and got stung... did I get because God was punishing me for not listening to my mama, or did I get stung because I chose to climb the tree after my mama warned me???
Oh my gosh yeah I've never promised god that I'd wait because if I meet someone I love and want to have sex then if they were okay with it then Id totally go for it!But I will wait till I'm a bit older...at least for sex with a boy :)

Also, God will always love you exactly the same. Being a Christian isn't about being perfect. We are not perfect and we'll never be. Even God knows that. He knows we sin. Being a Christian is about doing the best you can. (Loving others the best we can, helping others the best we can)I mean, Think about Jesus. He never judged anyone. He actually helped people society hated on :) God is pure love. He loves you.
Well I have always been told that the ones with "bad luck" or the ones who are or who have had a bad life are the one God loves the most. God gave every person free will;therefore, we all make are own life choices and will be judged according to are choices that we have made but on judgement day. i don't believe that God as big as God is could ever hate anything that he created...you chose your path in life darling and all that came with it, but I believe in the destiny that God gives to us as well and maybe the destiny that he chose for you is a little harder than most but, maybe because you are a very strong individual and he knew you could handle anything he put on you because "he would never put more on you than you can bare" Good luck to you, be strong you are in my prayers, and God bless you dear.
God does not hate you. You may have bi-sexual feelings but God gave EVERYONE strange feelings. Even the most normal looking people you see have issues with their feelings. When Jesus was in the desert, He was faced with EVERY temptation but he refused them, I would assume EVERY temptation would include homosexual desires. I had serious issues as a Christian because I have a fat fetish and I thought "Good Christian Girls can't have fetishes. I must be a piece of shit." God NEVER said that. We don't CHOSE what arouses us. God doesn't JUDGE on what arouses us. We CHOSE what we do and only God can judge what we do.
