Is it normal that i think i am a demigod

Me and my friends at school,think that the Percy Jackson series is based on Rick Riordan's life.We also believe that were kids of greek gods.We think my friends Zac is a son of Hephaustus,Dakota is a son of Poesidon,Delany is a daughter of Aphordite of Athena,my girlfriend Madelynn is a daughter of Athena for sure,and im a son of Zeus or Athena.

My friends and i are all the Smartest,strongest,and fastest.Me,Madelynn,and Delany are smart,Delany and Zac are fastest,and me Dakota and Madelynn are strongest.....We all have ADHD and are dyslexic.

My friends have also noticed that on days im happy its sunny,when im excited,its windy,when im sad its damp,and when im hyper its rainy.And sometimes i can till the wind to change directions and it does.Its really weird.Do you think its possible were all demigods?No Bull-Sh*it about me doing drugs,us being crazy or saying its wrong that we worship greek gods.Thanks in advance!

  This! I was going to say something along these lines but darren here saved me the trouble. To the OP you realize weather effects mood. It has been proven some sun is good for you. So people in the sun should be healthier and happier, so when you get a lack of sun you will be more gloomy. Those movies are not real man. Its listed under fantasy for a reason. How old are you that you dont realize this yet? I think you must have something wrong with your brain if you dont understand this at 18. Like darren said you are a demimoron.

Please do more research into Greek mythology. Athena is one of the three virgin goddesses. Also, the weather has more influence over our emotions than our emotions do over weather. I can often tell when rain is coming before there is any sign of it. That doesn't mean I'm a demigod, it means I'm in tune with my surroundings and pick up on the little changes that most people don't see. If you are going to worship the Greek gods, you need to do more than just read a modern day book. Do some real research. It makes those that do worship the Greek gods look foolish and immature when people who don't really know the mythology act like Percy Jackson or any other modern fantasy book has given them a decent amount of knowledge about the Greek pantheon. Being dyslexic or ADHD isn't a sign of being a demigod. I can't recall any myth that would suggest that. It was something added in for the book.

  Athena isn't one of the virgin goddess in the Greek mythology. But in the Roman mythology where she is known as Minerva, she is consider as a virgin goddess.

    No, just because she was born from Zeus' head doesn't mean her own children would be born from a head. She was only born that way because Zeus swallowed her mother and her mother gave birth to Athena in her head

  I do not think the ADHD and delexsia was trying to prove he is a god based on greek mythology. I think they were making a point in the movie that some things we consider bad might be useful somewhere else or that being different is ok. Possibly someone who had issues as a kid and thought "Hey what if these faults turned out to be something special"? Which is a very nice message to send to children with disabilities. Even though its not that accurate. Also I dont think things like ADHD or OCD are necessarily a bad thing depending on the environment. I think such things could prove beneficial depending how you use them.

Sometimes when you are convinced about something, you can find sufficient evidence as long as you're looking for it. When you say that it's sunny when you're happy... have you ever thought that maybe you're happy because it's sunny?

OMG ME TOO!!! No you are completely normal.... though how could u tell? For example, I knew i was a demigod of Eos [godess of the dawn... i know she sounds like a lame minor demigod to have as a parent but please don't insult her, she's my mum!] because one day I got lost in the woods and I heard noises coming from the tree's [btw we were camping and i lost my way to the loo: Dont laugh]and suddenly a wierd giant eagle thing started attacking me. I kept running away and screaming out for help, but no-one came. Then, when dawn came, I tried to make a dash for the exit. the thing dived at me and hit my head. I couldn't see because i had blood in my eyes. I thought i was gonna die. i curled up and cried [btw this happened five years ago I am nineteen now] when suddenly i felt a warm hand on my shoulder. I looked up but no-one was there.I freaked out and thought i was crazy cos i banged my head, but suddenly, a weird tiredness and warmth spread over me, and the blood disapeared. I still had a headache, and the bird was still there, but i felt stronger. The bird saw me and lunged, but i grabbed a stick and threw it at the bird. i missed [i am rubbish at sport] but then i used another stick to poke it in the eyes. It flew off after that. The next day i god a short bronze dagger and a letter [in english] explaining stuff. i was FREAKING OUT!!!!!

I went to therapy cos people thought i was crazy [my adopted mum and adopted dad +my friends and teachers]. BTW there is no such thing as a camp half blood or camp jupiter. We just have to survive on our own. i know NO ONE that is a DemiGod.

People will call you crazy. It dosent matter. Oh, and pray you are not a demigod. it is NOTHING LIKE the percy jackson books. the gods never speak to their children, there is no CHB and it is like being trapped in a horror movie or a nightmare. I HAD ZOMBIES IN MY ROOM AT NIGHT!!!! I screamed and threw a hairbrush.

Pray you are wrong. These other people wont believe me and u may not either. i didnt believe myself till the letter. THIS IS JUST MAKE BELIEVE..... ;]

Boi Percy Jackson is fictional series created by Rick Riordan for his son, Haley. His son has ADHD and dylexia. He did this so Haley wouldn't feel bad about himself or anything. First of all, also if Greek Mythology was real, you should know Athena was a virgin goddess... along with Hera and Artemis. Honestly, you're a dumb idiot. In fact, all your friends and YOU. You really believe you're a demigod? I want to believe that by now, you realize how stupid you are to have thought of that. :)
