Is it normal that i think im addicted to treating my dog like a baby?

I do it too much because it soothes me and makes me feel happier and calmer. I baby talk him, carry him around like a baby and everything my mom tells me i spoil him too much

    Yes I think it is normal for people to do that. I do that with my pupers. But he listens pretty well to. Honestly baby humans and animals have the same mind set when it comes to words and what they mean,.... Well dogs any way. A dog that is 2 years old has the mind capacity as a 5 year old human and a 3 year old dog is at about 7/8 use old humans but remember they also go with instinct.
