I heard of lots of people in relationships saying that you shouldn't fart in front of each other but I think that's total BS. I mean, if you're in a relationship, shouldn't it be normal to fart in front of each other? It's normal to fart but is it normal to think of this??
We all fart. Anyone who says it's not normal to fart in front of a romantic partner, must not spend much time with that person...
It's normal and HILARIOUS!!! Nothing like bonding over a good laugh. Making it a competition is even better!
Sure, it's completely normal to fart in front of someone, who loves you and know everything about you!
Also you should think about health benefits... It's unhealthy and uncomfortable to hold it in for a long time, especially if you live with this person and have to spend 24h a day, 7 days in a week with him.

It's perplexing to me as to how people can claim to be in love, yet they feel shame for their natural bodily functions. If that person loves you I'm sure they wouldn't be happy knowing you're causing yourself stomach pains because you want to spare them from knowing that you have functional gastrointestinal tract.
No I would not like this...I find it rude...if accidents happen thats fine a sorry or excuse me is acceptable. But basically I find it rude I do not want to smell it and I would not find it funny... my bf does not find it funny ether.
i agree. i hate holding in a fart. it makes your stomach hurt. it's best to just let it all hang out.

I wonder if people so offended by farts had brothers. If farting offends you, I hope you have seperate bathrooms because once you live with someone, you will smell their shit.
Lol i dont see the problem with farting in front of your partner especially if you live together or practically live together.
That depends solely on the people involved in the relationship. It may be a little weird at first but it will become a habit. However, (IMO) if the dude is a bit "romantic" or whatever, would be turned off to see his "princess" or cute girlfriend farting all the time and stinking up the place.
