Is it normal that i think old cemeteries are comforting?
I love to travel around and go to old cemeteries, even if I don't know anyone buried in them.

Haha! I asked my friend if she wanted to smoke a doobie at the cemetery yesterday because i found it comforting. She thought I was weird, but it's one of the places that make me feel at home.
When the weather is nice, my favorite place to take a walk is an old cemetery. The parks get crowded so the cemetery is a nice quiet alternative.
lovely for a gentle stroll in the calm quietness all you can hear are the birds and the whispering from the graves :)
Ah, in some european cities, old and meanwhile partially unused graveyards are actually popular for taking strolls.
It's relaxing, the older parts are sometimes partially overgrown with nature.
Graves/Graveyards are mostly created with harmony, silence and rest in mind, as the first characteristic helps the other 2 get across, and those 2 are what it is about in big parts.
So yeah, i don't go to the cemetery more often than, say, to the zoo, but i definitely understand where you're coming from and i find it very normal!
Old cemeteries are very comforting.
Wow, apparently I was wrong. I love cemetary strolls, but I thought it was only me. I feel comforted there. I also feel very aroused in them at night...
graveyards are lovely places to walk around a nosey when i go to a relatives grave i can't help wondering around and reading the graves and talking the person in the graves even though i never met them.
my granny is worst she would go out of her way and read the paper and go to dead relatives houses even if she never met them.
