Is it normal that i think technology enhances on employment

Jobs change, the increase of unemployment is due to the fact that some people do not choose to keep learning and learning, they get comfortable and jobs change so we also need to be flexible with the changes and demands

The issue often is that technology advances faster than new job positions can be created. From an economic perspective, improvements in technology will push economic growth further over time, but it will throw things out of balance for a little while until everyone can adjust.

In addition, new technology can make people's previous training obsolete. This means that the kids growing up and learning about the new technology will be at an advantage. The way to remedy this would be to make training easily available to people who are already in the job market.

computers can train children to think faster and better than humans and can train them and at no cost , teacher know this , schools are already obsolete. they dont fear we will fire them because they are nothing but babysitters . nothing but babysitters and we dont want our kids home alone , soon that will change.

Yes, for some because the old employees are more used with older technologies.
