Is it normal that i think the west should build something for africa?

I just posted three statuses saying why I think the U.S. and its allies should expand NATO, rebuild SEATO around China, and even build PRITO (Pacific RIm Treaty Organization) which would include Southeast Asia, Australia, New Zealand, the U.S., Canada, and all of Latin America.

Just as I don't trust Russia and China not to start intimidating countries in Latin America and trying to buy their economies to keep them indebted to either Russia or China, I don't trust either of them to try to do the same to Africa and try to browbeat any of those countries into submission. My ideas for SEATO and PRITO are not only to contain Russia and China but also the global war on terror and all the jihadists in the Middle East which is what also prompted me to ask this.

Is it normal that I think the U.S. and NATO should maybe start another organization called ARTO (Atlantic Rim Treaty Organization,) IOTO (Indian Ocean Treaty Organization,) ANTO (African Nations Treaty Organization,) or something else to also stop Russia and China from posing anymore global threats?

    The USA should mind its own business and NATO is doing the exact same thing that Russia is actually doing. But when Russia does the world sobs because tv tells us that we should be offended.
    While I'm against conflict if it can be avoided I do believe that violence is warranted in some situations.
    In Ukraine the average salary is about 135 euro. How attractive it is that Ukraine join the European Union so that they can benefit from cheap labour, the same there're doing with Romania.
    You should read about USSR. Try to get different perspective of this conflict.

      Yes the USSR used force and a police state to make their satilites into permanent shitholes.

      Just because ukraine is poor doesnt give russia the right to make bullshit reasons and invade Ukraine. They already share a closer border with Moscow to nato. So whatever bullshit reason you can peice together for making ukraine the bully in this situation I'd like to hear it.

      Africa can do whatever it wants. I dont give a shit unless they do another genocide which is common since africa has a ton of ethic groups that hate eachother. Simply? They need to war it out. Trade and modernize the ones we think would do the most via the humanitarian route.
