On this website I like to thumbs up comments that have gotten a lot of thumbs down, even if I don't like the comment. Is that normal, anyone else do this?

    No. If I see comments that have obviously been trolled on and gotten a thumbs down for no apparent reason that I can discern, I will give it a thumbs up to cancel it out. You, on the other hand, thumbs up comments that have gotten multiple thumbs downs. That is not normal. There is a reason that multiple people thumbs down a comment, usually because it is hateful or just generally poorly thought out.

      I have seen people get multiple thumbs down for no apparent reason. I think we should all have the ability to thumb up and down. How do you get it?

        I think you have to be a member for a certain period of time. Not sure though.

    it might also speak of a low self-esteem.

    i always try to be different, as an opposite to yours ;D
