Is it normal that i've been dreaming of a girl that i've never met?

Ever since I was sixteen years old (I'm 19 now for reference) I would have these dreams where I was with a girl is never met before. She has fair skin, black hair, and light blue eyes. The dreams were always vivid and I wake up thinking that they happened, but I never thought too much of them until recently. I hadn't had these dreams in probably a year or so until the past two nights where they were the most vivid they've ever been. In my dream we are in a small apartment in a run down part of some city and we talk until eventually things get sexual then we talk again. I learned her name is Caitlyn. These are the most real dreams I've ever had. They're addicting and I find myself craving sleep with the hopes of seeing her again. I'm not sure what to make of all of this.

    Try finding that run down city and look for an apartment building that looks like it in your dream.

    It's impossible to dream about someone you've never met meaning that ipeven if you don't remember meeting/seeing that person they can still be in your dream

    Usually, people in dreams are people that you saw before or thought of, like some random guy on the street, in a painting , TV show. Try to draw her out or hire a schetch artist guy to draw while you tell her things like "her hair is brown" and things while the artist is drawing like "her nose is a little higher". Try to reach a accurate image. You could then try to find her, be it in real life or on Netflix. Or you could look at the image and keep thinking about her until another dream arrives.

    Wow, she sounds exactly like the alien who abducted me to her spaceship about ten years back. She did all these sexual experiments on me and stuff.
    Are there gaps in your memory, or are you missing time? Do you wake up tired, even though you've been 'asleep' for many hours?
    Perhaps you're being abducted some nights and you are dreaming of this alien chick. After all, she is HOT isn't she?

      There are no gaps in my memory and I wake up feeling normal, but the feelings go deeper than that and it's been happening for a while just never this vividly I don't know what to make of it

        Gypsysailor is right. This sounds exactly like an alien abduction case that's happened to you several times. When you try to remember the details you can only recall bits and pieces. I would recommend visiting a therapist who could put you under regressional hypnosis and you might be able to relive all those wonderful moments. It sounds like this alien named Caitlyn took you aboard her spaceship and either implanted vivid memories into your brain or she took you to her home planet and you explored some part of it. Her entire alien species of her planet may be humanoid life forms meaning that they very closely resemble humans so much that it's virtually impossible to distinguish them from us here on Earth. Maybe she is trying to tell you something or spread a message through you for the sake of all humankind. The possibilities are all very fascinating.
