I disagree strongly with number 2. People should be able to advocate for whatever they want. It's up to other people to agree with them on whether they want to down half a dozen shots in a row or not. Treating people like children in what content they can see, and stripping them of the freedom to discuss certain things is far too authoritarian for me.
If a guy takes advice on the internet its the same as taking advice from a stranger even if they say "I'm a doctor" because humans totally have the innate capacity to lie. If you forgo all warnings on a bleach bottle and drink it. You cant sue that you suffered internal bleeding and chemical burns
On that note: I do wonder what reaction happens with your high acidity stomach acid meets an highly alkaline substance like bleach. I'm not a chemist but does that cause an exothermic reaction resulting in burns from the heat (besides drinking a corrosive substance anyway) or does one substance trump the other? Is bleach and stomach acid pretty much opposites on the alkaline/acid chart resulting in a neutrality in PH?
Apparently, bleach is approximately pH 12.5, while the pH of stomach acid varies, but is somewhere in the range of 1.5 to 3.5. Mixing the two would be a neutralisation reaction which would, as you say, release some heat. Drinking a highly alkaline solution wouldn't do anything positive to your oesophagus, but I suppose if you were somehow able to determine exactly how much gastric acid your stomach contained, you could theoretically drink just enough bleach to neutralise it. The reaction would also release chlorine gas, which ain't really a great thing to belch.
There's a demo of HCl and household bleach being mixed in the first part of the below video. It's not very spectacular, with just the generation of some yellow chlorine gas and a little bubbling. The video creator mentions how bleach decomposes when stored, and this reduces the amount of Cl gas produced, so I assume this will also affect the pH.

I am for the free internet. If you want to give advice about drinking bleach, you can do that. It's on the guy for drinking bleach despite the numerous warnings on the label.

I hope you’re being sarcastic in inferring a joint will help his critical thinking abilities. Some people do suffer intellectual constipation. Problem is there’s got to be some intelligent, but misguided, thought there to blind him to the better alternative in the first place.
Sorry about the sarcasm. This kid's reasoning has no time continuity. No cause and effect, no recognition of cycles of behavior, or the nature of social ethics. Doubtful that he even understands argumentation. You may see some kind of hidden potential here, but I only see him flipping burgers as a career.
