Is it normal that i want my cat to lick my feet?

I would LOVE for my cat to lick my feet! I stick them in his face sometimes but he won't go for it. Any advice on what to put on them, or how to get him to do it would be nice, thank you!

    Cats don't naturally lick humans..try your dog.
