It's always been my dream to win the lottery and open a dog's home for all the dogs nobody else wants, so it seems normal to me.

Your chances of winning the lottery are infinitesimal. You need to stop dreaming and face reality, or at the very least, dream something that is remotely possible. Even if you won the lottery, you wouldn't have enough to care for "all the dogs nobody else wants" because there are millions!

Well, I'd start with the local area and see how far I could go. I don't think I could get many foreign dogs through without quarantine and it's probably not fair to them anyway. It'd be nice if it eventually achieved charitable status and was replicated in other countries.

I only play the lottery when the expectation is significantly higher than the stake, which doesn't improve my odds of winning but does increase my odds of winning a lot. Still, yeah, it's unlikely but dreams are a necessary diversion from reality (which is what I live every day).

Yeah, but some dreams are just plain asinine!

Yeah, true. Like those people on TV talent shows who want to be famous despite having no talent and who keep saying, "It's all I've ever dreamed of" and crying about things for no reason (as long as a camera is on them).

Setting up an animal charity does seem a crazy notion in today's society.

I got a ringworm at the base of my neck while fighting hound archons.

Reading this makes me think of a dog monastery.

Having dogs instead of kids is sick.
But having kids is even more sick.

Kids aren't for everyone. Better to admit that than to have them and then always resent them a little.

Dogs are likely easier to take care of money wise (they aren't asking for laptops and stuff all the time, just health care lol), And they will have the knowledge of the average 2 year old for most of their life. I think that's something quite a few people actually want, although I personally do not. ^_^"

When I checked the last time, there were a lot more comments in this thread. Why are they all being deleted? If you're going to delete all the comments you don't like, then you need to go to another site and create a blog where the floor will be yours alone. A while back, I reported someone for doing this and they were banned.

    • By the way, what do you think about the matter? Do you percieve my desire to devote my life to dogs as normal?

Why would I bother to tell you when my post would just be deleted?

        • I won't delete it. Just tell me if you find it normal or not.

It's the kind of thing a 10-year-old would dream about, so if you're older than 10, then is NOT normal.
