Just go on a camping trip. And remember, if you hear banjos, run for your life!
When people get lost for a few days in the forests near me, they usually don't come out alive, if at all.
oh I do it all the time. not forests, but cities in China. I walk all day with a notion of where I've been, but no map, no bread crumbs and no language skills. I'm still here.
years ago, I hiked from the Tetons to Yellowstone by cutting through the woods. no trail, no map. no brains.
Just wait till you start hearing all the strange sounds and a twig breaking here and there, and the spiders that drop out of trees, and then you slip on some deer poop and twist your ankle. Its dark, very , very dark for 12 hours...its a long time in the dark..and you are too afraid to go to sleep and that deer poop you are lying in is really kicking up a stink and the flies will be all over you with the sun rising and you are going to be so tired and wish you never heard of a forest...and ohh OHHH WTF was that that just ran over you..maybe a rat?
i've been lost in the forest at night by accident, with a friend while stoned. it was not very fun, pitch dark
i wanna get lost at a desert at night. That the only light there is the moon n stars . I bet it would be all fresh.
I was lost in a forest. I'd been walking an hour and calculated I must be close to the edge of the forest, which was good as it was getting dark. Then I noticed I was in the same place I was an hour ago. Panic stations. Being lost is probably find if you want to be lost. Not much fun when you're trying to get to safety and can't.
I got lost in a forest once. Believe me, it's not as romantic as it sounds.
