Is it normal that i want to go to college twice?

I am a 19 year old who just painstakingly finished her first year at college, but I'm already worrying about the future. I love computer science, but I'm terrible at math and logic. I love it because I want to be a game designer, so programming is important for me, but truthfully, I am more of an artist, and what I really want to study is animation and 3D modeling. I know that to work in the game design industry I'd have to choose one side, but I want to know both. I already chose the wrong one for me, and my parents won't let me quit now (and sincerely, I don't really want to), but they will let me finish it and study art later.
So, is it normal to want to finish my degree and start a new one from scratch right away? Or will I be wasting time and money?

    You should be okay because you are a cocksucker and can always make money doing that just like your mum and dad do.

    Totally normal, many people double major and it looks good on a resume.

    I don't think you'd be wasting your time and money. There's nothing wrong with wanting to major in both things. The more you know the more you'll have an edge in the industry.
