Is it normal that iconstantly take pictures of myself?

I constantly take pictures. Everyday all day I just love taking pictures of myself.When I was little I wanted to be a model but I knew it was never gonna happen due to my height. So while at home and even in public I whip out my phone and take over 20 pictures of myself. My dad has noticed that I am constantly taking pictures and he says I have self esteem issues and I'm very insecure about how I look and I take pictures and post them on Facebook to gain the acceptance of others. Which is not true at all and I don't believe there's anything wrong with it. I love how I look and could careless if someone else thinks I'm ugly. But I would love to get some feed back so my dad knows it is normal

    Well, I don't take pictures of myself much. I never understood the whole picture taking thing. Infact, if you go on my facebook, you'll find little to no pictures of me, but if it makes you happy then it's fine. Lots of people take pictures of themselves. It's perfectly normal.

    It's called being a girl. Girls always take pictures of themselves and obsess about how they look. Nothing out of the ordinary there.

    One thing 20pics a day isn't right, I fear you may be obsessed and this can get worse, soon if you don't have your picture took it can lead to other things such as depression, when you get older and you lack the time to take pictures and no one else takes pictures of you, you may gain a feeling of being unwanted! It's best to try and stop now because depression itself can cause or lead to many problems like not eating being paranoid, not sleeping etc. I know girls take pictures but don't let it rule your life so that you won't be able to go a day without taking a picture! Hope this helps!:)
