Is it normal that life is exhausting to me?

I know I'm only 20 but I feel as if I'm MUCH older (Like 50 or 60 something) considering how tiring life is to me. I'm starting to believe that I'm only going to be made even more tired as I grow older. The wierd thing is, I don't even do things that are strenuous or tedious so I don't know why I'm so tired. Maybe it's a lack of proper sleep? However, sometimes even when I get a supposedly good night's sleep, I'm still drowzy. Should I go see a doctor or is life supposed to be tiring like this?

You may be depressed. It affects a huge percentage of the world's population, most of whom don't know they have it. I've struggled with it myself, and know that it comes in varying degrees. Your description matches.

Like Quiet_Lighthouse said, it might be depression. I felt like that a lot when I was depressed. Try sleeping more, eating better, and getting more physical excersize. And remember that there are good things in your life and you're only 20, you have many years to make the best of things if you want.

Perhaps you're just world weary? I'm 20 as well and already starting to slow down. Certain life events just took its toll, however I know there's much left to do so I'm not going to throw in the towel just yet.

Also, yes, if your sleeping habits are unhealthy, change them, it'll make a world of difference.

Did u know that there are many things that are bad for your health all happening at once? Fluoride in water is more poisonous than lead, mercury tooth fillings, cell phone usage is bad vibrations for overall health, processed foods, hfcs, gmos, aspertame, gluten, pharmaceuticals,
air pollution we breath. Frying pans leave unhealthy chemicals in our food, pesticides in food for bugs we consume, make up, shamppos, soaps, deoderants we absorb thru our skin.. Thru a combination of these things its no wonder you dont feel healthy! Eat organic! Use natural moiserizers like olive oil and coconut oil, use herbs instead of pharmaceuticals, use natural soaps, no fluoride in toothpaste or water, and try to wear orgonite on your body to protect against cell phones
