Try using a poduct called green soap, it's used by tattoo artists and used pre- and post- surgery. It's good at removing body fluids and it's gentle on skin. Google "green soap", you want the results pertaining to medical or tattoo supplies. Amazon sells it, as do a lot of other sites.

If that doesn't help, try using that plus an antiseptic antimicrobial surgical scrub (Hibiclens is one that I know of). With that stuff you have to actively wash the area for a couple minutes for it to be fully effective. Probably shouldn't use that stuff every day. The green soap is fine to use every day, though.
