Is it normal that my best friend hates me?

My best friend hates me seriously. Every time I had something good, she will become jealous. For example one time I went to her house and we, um, "practiced some spells"(We both like to do that) but then she knew that I am good at Harry Potter spells so she made me do Sofia the first spells(faking to do the spells) and I told her it was very difficult;I told her she could continue doing the Sofia The First's spells but I'm gonna do Harry Potter spells, she did not even LISTEN to me(I don't care if she said no I think it is still okay). So I spent the whole afternoon at her place doing absolutely NOTHING. Another example-I was at her place again this time we played uno cards and so I "won" but she said that I had said uno AFTER I put down my last card(That was unfair, read on to understand). So I took an extra 2 cards and I kept "winning and taking 2 cards" (okay, you might be frustrated at my writing now, because its FAIR, isn't it?)but at my last try I said uno before I put down the cards but my friend says that I still must take two, and I got really angry and left without a word, an she slammed her door into my FACE!!! How rude. Anyone plz help me in the comments below Thanks.
