Is it normal that my body hurts from peeing too hard?
Okay, first off... I'm going to let you know that I have a pee fetish, so I drink lots of water and when I let it all go, I squeeeeeeeze it all as hard as I possibly can to let it all come out. I don't hold my bladder in for prolonged times or anything; I just obsess over getting my bladder completely empty, so I push and push and push until I can actually hear my stomach moving from the force.
For the past few days I've been doing this and now my inner legs hurt, right in my groin region. It doesn't hurt to pee at all. I've had infections before down there and this isn't one of them. I feel very sore elsewhere and it hurts to walk now. I also am experiencing a bad shortness of breath and I can never seem to get enough air... that happens after I pee really hard.
I'm assuming that by peeing really hard, I'm just working all the muscles in my legs and stomach into extreme fatigue... right? Will they go away? How long will this last, and if I pee really hard like this often, could I do something harmful to my body? When I pee really hard it never hurts whilst I'm doing it so I can't tell if I'm 'damaging' my body or somehting. But then I wake up in the morning so sore down there. What the fuck am I supposed to do... for reference I'm a young girl.
Also, does anybody here have tips on how to maintain their pee fetish? As you can tell, I'm quite out of hand, ugh,
