Is it normal that my body shakes?

It's slightly hard to describe. When I'm sitting or lying down, different parts of my body shake usually from my hips and downwards (my bum, knees or feet).
I have hyper mobility syndrome. Hyper mobility or being 'double jointed' is when one has lax joints - so if that has any relevance I have no idea!
They won't shake particularly quickly, and I can stop myself shaking if I want to but I feel far more comfortable if my legs are jerking. My body just begins doing it without me noticing. (Kind of weird, I know).
It doesn't worry me, however I couldn't find anything on google so my question... Is it normal and does anybody else experience this?

Sometimes this happens to me too.
I am double-jointed in my knees, hips ankles and toes.

I know it sounds weird as fuck, but no worries my legs look normal, and it comes in handy when I rock climb or try yoga,
as I can bend and stretch in ways that help me.

As for the shaking, I get it too. Mostly when
I'm sitting at the computer, I think its not normal,
and I used to think its muscle fatigue.
I really have no clue, but it happens to none of my friends and no one I know, so not normal?

Sounds like it could be the hyper mobility then! I have an appointment with hyper mobility specialists in London soon. Maybe I'll get some answers then :)
