Having one breast bigger than the other isn't that big a deal unless you have one nipple pointing at New York City while the other points at Sydney Harbour. That's just called terrible plastic surgery.

If your boobs are naturally different sizes then it's nothing to worry about. It's very common for women to have asymmetrical breasts.

Your boobs are perfect as they are do not fret. On a more serious note abnormalities can be a sign of various disorders. Inverted nips can also be a sign of cancer. That being said having two different sized things is auctully something that occasionally happens. Some people also have different sized feet and it doesn't mean anything. If you are truly concerned consult a physician.
